The decision to release this didn’t come easy. We are all braving this crisis, some well, others on their knees. I’ve decided to stand up.

Our human spirit has weight. Our intentions have power. We have choice in all matters. Join me in this meditation to expel the virus which foolishly picked the wrong civilization to mess with.

To prepare best for the meditation, make a list:
1) a time you appreciated nature
2) an accomplishment
3) a treasured shared memory
4) a time you were hurt or diminished as a result of Covid
